UNIVERSAL GYMNASTICS opened in 1995 with the intent of training internationally competitive gymnasts, and offering all boys and girls, regardless of age or financial, mental, or physical ability, the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of gymnastics while becoming part of our family of athletes.
Our staff is committed to providing:
- An organized program that focuses on the development of athletes and competitive gymnasts, beginning with pre-school classes, with the opportunity for advancement to team programs through which young athletes may ultimately gain national, international, and Olympic recognition.
- An environment in which participants can experience the benefits of mental and physical fitness, including strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination; self confidence; and the value of a disciplined training regimen, which can enhance any athletic endeavor.
- A learning experience with emphasis on the values of responsibility, competitiveness, dedication, and goal setting — values that can be retained throughout adulthood.
- The resources to aid young gymnasts striving to be members of the USA National Gymnastics team, the Olympic Team, college scholarships, or simply to attain valuable self-esteem.
